Bear aka Sweet Potato Pie

We thought this baby was gonna be a foster fail… But life came at them preventing an adoption right now. With that being said… Bear, also known as sweet potato and Biggie, need the new place ASAP! He does have some allergies to continue to maintain…. But that’s nothing out of the ordinary with these guys. He doesn’t need to get to my vet anymore… he will need medication and limited ingredient food for the rest of his life to maintain his comfort, unless of course your veterinarian has other plans for him.

This is what we know about him:

• He sleeps best with a blanket tucked over him

• He’s a total snugglebug

• His nickname is “Big E” (But I’m calling him Sweet Potato Pie….. I know you don’t think it rolls off the tongue but when you meet him, it definitely does.)

• When he needs to go out, he’ll quietly put his head in your lap

• He’s “a mouse in a pittie body” and LOVES cheese

• He loves other dogs.

Here’s the reality:

He is a medical case. He cannot just sit in a kennel and “wait his turn.”

He needs:

• Daily medication

• Special food

• Medicated baths.
