Blessed be the Bullies is a non profit organization. We are solely in this industry for the animals! BBTB relies on donations and its own fundraising efforts for its very survival. In order for our doors to remain open the continued support of the community is essential. We are also a “foster based” rescue. Unlike a shelter which has the space and the staff to care for multiple animals for longer periods of time, we rely on families that volunteer to open their homes and their lives to take care of animals until they find their forever home.

Please either email us at blessedbethebullies@gmail.com or message the rescue on Facebook. If we are able to help, we will send you a link to our surrender form. Though there is no judgement here at BBTB, and we understand that although people love their animals, sometimes life just gets in the way, we are not always able to immediately take in a surrendered animal.

We most often will need time to try to find a local foster to take in the animal, or you may need to keep the animal with your if possible until we can help find a home. We’re here to help you if you need to have an animal rehomed and we will do our best to make the transition as easy and quickly as possible, however we ask that you have patience and understand that it may not happen immediately.

Our surrender fee is $250 for animals that are not altered or up to date on their vaccinations.  This helps cover the cost of having them vetted before we find them a new home.

A suggested fee of $150 is asked for dogs that are altered and up to date on vaccinations.  This will help feed and house them while we find the perfect adoptive family.

Blessed Be the Bullies does not guarantee that we can take in any animal that someone wants to surrender.  We do not always have the resources to do so.  We can try to help with networking using our social media sites, but every case will be treated individually.
