Newton
Newton š¤
Do you all remember Newton? Like honestly how can you forget a description like this? āHe looks like a little kid drew a dog and it came to life"ā¦accurate for sure!!
This guy has come back and honestly we hate when a dog gets returned because they just donāt understand it! š¤·āāļø. Hes now a 5 1/2 year old dog- without a place to call home š¢
Here is the bottom line- dogs take work. They take love and patience. They THRIVE off routines and they need structure. Really itās not super hard- if you work with a dog, praise them when they do things right, itās in their nature to want to make you happy!
But dogs are also a lot like kids- if you donāt give direction they likely arenāt going to do what you want them to do. In fact, they will be lazy and do the bare minimal without a āpack leaderā telling them itās time to take a walk and go potty- these are things we have to do with them, feed them, tuck them in at night- itās all about routines!
You see us post dogs that are returned because we believe that they are good pups that just might not have found the right match yet, and need a little something different in their life. We are hoping that Newtons next person is the connection he has been waiting for! If you can provide a routine, structure and most importantly a lot of ā¤ļø love- apply to adopt Newton. He deserves the world!
