Mama Mokey is a scruffy, petite little lady with a huge heart and so much love to give. 💕

Estimated to be around 4 years old, Mama Mokey hasn’t had the easiest start in life. But somehow, none of that has changed the way she feels about people. She absolutely loves them. ❤️

Mama Mokey came to us with four amazing babies — Red, Gobo, Doozer and Wimbley — and she has been an incredible mama to every single one of them. She made sure her babies were cared for, even when she clearly hadn’t been getting everything she needed.

Right now, Mama Mokey weighs just 16.5 pounds and could stand to gain a few more. Her coat is thin from previous poor nutrition, but with proper food, care and lots of love, her beautiful scruffy hair is already growing back nicely! 🥰

And her personality? PURE LOVE.

This girl is incredibly friendly and affectionate. Her tail seems to never stop wagging, and despite everything she has been through, she clearly still believes that people are good. ❤️

Her absolute favorite place is curled up on a bed or couch beside her person. She doesn’t need anything fancy. She just wants someone to love, somewhere soft to snuggle, and a family to finally call her own.

At only 16.5 pounds, she’s the perfect little companion-sized pup. Mama Mokey is looking for someone who doesn’t just want a dog — she’s looking for someone who wants a genuine companion, professional snuggler and loyal best friend.

She spent the first chapter of her story taking care of her babies. now it’s her turn to be pampered!! She will be ready to go home on October 15th!!
