At 5 years old, this beautiful silver-blue girl has already overcome more than most dogs ever will. After being rescued, she completed heartworm treatment like an absolute champion and never let it change her gentle, loving spirit. Today, she’s healthy, heartworm negative, and ready for the one thing she’s been waiting for all along—a forever family.

Ellie is the kind of dog who simply wants to be where her people are. Whether you’re heading out for a walk, relaxing on the couch, or spending time in the backyard, she’ll be happiest right by your side.

She’s fully house-trained, crate-trained, and has the perfect moderate energy level. She enjoys getting out for adventures but is just as content settling in for a cozy evening at home.

And if you’re handing out belly rubs… be prepared! Ellie absolutely loves them, and if you stop too soon, she’ll politely let you know she’s not finished. ❤️

Ellie does well with respectful children and enjoys the company of calm, well-mannered dogs. She is looking for a home without cats where she can truly thrive.
