🍬Candy and Marshmallow 💞

Marshmallow is white and Candy is black.

Both sweet. Young adults. Were HW + and completed treatment and are 4DX neg now. Both get along fine with other dogs with good introductions. No idea on cats. No reason to believe they wouldn’t do ok with kids that were respectful.

“They are some of the lucky ones to make it out of the local pound - the pound in this town is just a holding zone for dogs and although they don’t euthanize, they aren’t safe by any far cry. The pound is just a few concrete slabs and a building that’s falling down with a few outdoor kennels. Anyone has access to it and dogs routinely “disappear.” It sits in the middle of the delta Mississippi and although there are committed volunteers who go every day to feed and water, it’s no life for a dog. The sun just bakes them day in and day out. It’s filthy and infested with rats and people have broken in multiple times to steal the supply of dog food for the pound dogs. The town doesn’t put any money into it. The only reason the dogs have anything is because of the local rescue and their volunteers who are committed to trying to give them a life and a chance.”

These two will be available Sunday if not adopted they will need Foster ASAP! Both estimated at under a year.
