Bruno is only about a year and a half old, but he’s already learned that the world can be a little intimidating. He’s shy when he first meets you and needs some time to warm up, but there’s no aggression behind that hesitation. He’s simply a sensitive boy who needs a minute to figure out that he’s safe.

Once comfortable, Bruno is a medium-energy guy who rides well in the car and does well on leash with direction. His crate training and potty training are both works in progress, so his new family should be prepared to continue helping him learn.

He has had successful exposure to both kids and other dogs. He was also introduced to a room with 12 cats who walked right up to him with tails wagging, and Bruno basically responded, “Dear God, what ARE all of you?” 😂 He seemed more scared of them than anything else.

Bruno is neutered, up to date on vaccines and receives monthly preventatives.

This handsome boy doesn’t need someone to rush him or expect instant confidence. He needs someone willing to give him a little patience, some reassurance and the chance to realize that good things can happen to shy boys too. 🤎🐾
