Aurora is STILL here in the kennel. Doesn’t make a bit of sense to me as she is so perfect.

This sweet southern belle (hound mix of some sort) is about a year old. We don’t know much about her past only that she was dumped, starved and had puppies at some point.

Aurora is current on her vaccines, testing and spayed. She is here in Maine and ready for a foster or adoptive home.

Aurora absolutely LOVES humans! She was a bit nervous to meet the 5 resident dogs in her previous foster home but after time to decompress she did great with slow meet and greets. She has not been cat tested.

Aurora is learning basic commands and is super food motivated so it won’t take long for her to catch on.

Aurora is crate trained. She will sleep in it at night and also finds it her comfort space. She doesn’t make a peep until she needs to potty. She has not had one accident in the house as she goes to the door to tell us she needs to go out.

Aurora very much enjoys just hanging out on the couch and getting pets. She walks great on a leash (she’s on southern time so expect slow walks with time for a good roll in the grass 🤣). She has yet to chew anything other than her super chewer bark box toys.

Yes, you heard all that correct! She’s perfect!
